These terms apply when you pre-order Chatable from Gravity Zero Ltd. Chatable is a pre-release product, and the estimated launch timing shown on this website may change.

Your purchase

Your pre-order includes a perpetual Chatable license for one person. There is no recurring Chatable subscription required to keep using the version you purchased.

If Chatable does not launch

If Chatable does not launch for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Updates

One year of product updates is included from the date Chatable launches. When that year ends, you can continue using the version you already have. Updates released after that period are not included.

Machines and transfers

One license may be active on up to two machines owned by the license holder. You may transfer it to another machine you own, provided the license is not active on more than two machines at the same time.

AI provider costs

Chatable uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Any usage charges from your chosen provider are separate from your Chatable purchase and are governed by that provider's terms.
